Where the data comes from

Our lists are built from public SEC Form D filings on EDGAR. Amounts and other details are shown as the companies filed them. Filings can contain errors, and we haven't independently verified them. Lists are company-level only: company name, location, industry, amounts, offering status, and company contact details the company publishes itself (such as a general info@ or ir@ address). We do not include people's names from filings, and we do not sell home or private inboxes.

Nothing on this site or in our emails is investment, legal or tax advice, or an offer to buy or sell securities. A Form D is a notice of an exempt offering, not an SEC approval.

Free email

The free weekly email is optional. You confirm by clicking a link we send you. You can unsubscribe any time.

Paid plans

Paid plans are subscriptions billed through Stripe. State plans cover one state you choose at checkout. National covers every state we publish (one state is excluded from the lists by policy). Prices are shown on the pricing page. Plans renew automatically at the same price until you cancel. Cancel anytime through the Stripe customer portal; you keep access through the end of the period you've paid for. No refunds for partial periods unless we say otherwise in writing.

Using the lists

You may use the lists for your own business outreach. You are responsible for following email and marketing laws (including CAN-SPAM) when you contact companies. Do not resell or republish our lists as a competing product, and do not present them as your own.
