Pricing questions

Isn't EDGAR free?

Yes. Form D filings are public and free to read on the SEC's EDGAR site. What we save you is the time it takes to find each week's new filings, filter out funds, real estate, oil and gas and other vehicles, and clean them up into one list for your state.

Can I cancel? What about refunds?

Paid plans aren't offered yet, so there's nothing to cancel or refund today. Cancellation and refunds will be covered in our terms before paid plans open.

Can I resell or share the list?

Today you may read and share our public pages, as long as you link back to the original page and don't present our lists as your own. Our terms will cover how paid lists can be used and shared before paid plans open.
