The short version
Funded Weekly is a free weekly email and optional paid lists of companies that recently filed SEC Form D notices. We collect as little as we can, we don't track you and we don't sell or share our list.
What we collect
When you sign up for the free email, the form asks only for:
- Your email address
When you buy a paid plan, Stripe (our payment processor) collects the email and payment details you enter on Stripe's checkout page. We receive your email and plan details so we can deliver what you bought. We also keep a record that you signed up or subscribed and when, so we can show you agreed.
Why we collect it
We use your email address only to send Funded Weekly emails (the free list and, if you paid, your paid list) and to manage your subscription. We use payment details only through Stripe to charge your plan.
What we don't do
- We never sell, rent or share our list.
- We don't track email opens or clicks.
- This website runs no analytics, tracking or advertising scripts and sets no cookies.
Who processes it for us
- Listmonk on our own server (Amazon Lightsail), for the email list.
- Amazon SES, to send email.
- Cloudflare, to host this website.
- Stripe, to process paid subscriptions.
Where it's stored
Our email list runs on Listmonk, an open-source newsletter tool, on our own server. Only Funded Weekly can access it. Payment records are stored by Stripe.
Confirming and unsubscribing
We'll send you a confirmation email before you start getting the free list. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can unsubscribe any time. Paid subscribers can also manage or cancel billing through the Stripe customer portal linked from our emails. To see or delete what we hold about you, email us at the address below and we'll take care of it.
Who this is for
Funded Weekly is a US-focused service for business readers. It isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

If we change this notice, we'll post the new version on this page and update the date at the top.
